Administrator
to join our team.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to oversee daily office operations, support our technical and administrative teams, and ensure efficient office management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operational workflows and contributing to the overall productivity of our office.
Key Responsibilities
:
Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks, including office organization, document management, and data entry
Provide administrative support to both the technical and sales teams
Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Maintain and update company records and databases
Manage office supplies and ensure the office runs efficiently
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support for HR-related tasks
Handle incoming inquiries and ensure timely responses
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
