ABCL Safety Consultants is an

third-party inspection and certification company based in Dubai, specializing in the inspection and certification of lifting equipment, pressure equipment, PPE, and various tools and machinery. We serve clients across the UAE, including both mainland and free zone areas.

In addition to our inspection services, we are also

KHDA-approved

to provide

HSE training programs

for a wide range of safety-critical roles, including operators of MHE, lifting equipment, chemical handlers, riggers, scaffolders, work at height and confined space workers, first aiders, fire fighters, and more.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced

Administrator

to join our team.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to oversee daily office operations, support our technical and administrative teams, and ensure efficient office management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operational workflows and contributing to the overall productivity of our office.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks, including office organization, document management, and data entry Provide administrative support to both the technical and sales teams Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required Maintain and update company records and databases Manage office supplies and ensure the office runs efficiently Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support for HR-related tasks Handle incoming inquiries and ensure timely responses Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
