Position Overview:
ITGURUS.AE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, support administrative functions, and coordinate staff activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Operations: Oversee general office organization, ensuring a clean and functional workspace. Manage office supplies and IT equipment inventory, including ordering and inventory management.
• Supplier and Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on purchase orders and service requests. Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
• Staff Coordination: Schedule and organize team meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Assist in onboarding new employees, coordinating IT equipment and access setups, and facilitate communication among team members.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and internal documentation related to operations.
• Data Management: Maintain databases for supplier, customer, and employee information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports on supplier performance, customer feedback, and staff activities to support management decisions.
• General Office Duties: Handle incoming communications, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members. Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office administration, preferably in an IT or tech-related environment.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. Solid organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail. A basic understanding of IT concepts is advantageous.
• Personal Attributes: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
