We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administratior to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of general administrative tasks and support our team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including answering all calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Communication: Draft company emails, letters, and presentations.
• Scheduling: Arrange schedules for meetings and drivers.
• Contract Management: Create contracts for lease and sale deals, including all necessary paperwork.
• Tally Calling: Perform tally calling as required.
• Portal Management: Manage all property portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, free portals, etc.), including handling complaints and suggestions.
• Listing Updates: Update and refresh all property listings.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor all listings in the market.
• Agent Assistance: Provide necessary assistance to agents.
• Document Management: Arrange NOC documents for verification and other necessary documentation.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily office reports.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property listing portals is a plus.
