Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at O.S. Legal. As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all office tasks, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for lawyers and staff.
• Drafting and sending invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Preparing engagement letters and other legal documents as required.
• Providing administrative support to lawyers and staff as needed.
• Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Assisting with the organization of events and other office activities.
• Ensuring the office is kept clean, orderly, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
