Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Provide administrative support to executives and senior management.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Carry out all the activities for official collection & submission of government applications such as work permits, staff visa, and company license/trade license.
  • Handling HR activites- screening, hiring, payroll, etc.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s degree
  • Minimum Experience: 0-2 years in Admin
  • Experience in Real Estate Industry shall be preferred.
  • Should have prior experience in VISA process.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Other Skills Required: - Good Communication skills - Time Management - Fluent in English Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
