DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Handle petty cash and payment of all utility bills
  • Respond to phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
  • Manage official communication
  • Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Maintain general office files including job files, vendor files as well as other files
  • Coordinate scheduled staff meetings
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Prepare procurement plans for office supplies and manage their usage
  • Manage inventory storage
  • Conduct tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Prepare and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial as well as other data
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant course
  • At least 1 or more years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Proficient in various computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be comfortable handling confidential information
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Should be able to work independently
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills required
