Olive Tree is looking Administrator to look after the day to day workings of the Real Estate and Facilities Management Offices . The Administrator will report to the Management.The Ideal Candidate should possess :
Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate and Facility Management.
Thorough Knowledge of Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
Plan, coordinate, direct and control the day-to-day admin activities and duties
Maintain the highest standard of customer care, so that internal and external customers receive a positive experience and impression
Support the team with sales and leasing transactions
Receive payments and prepare contracts
Maintain updated records and reports
Report to the management to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
Knowledge of Dubai Rest application
Knowledge of the Sale Transaction Forms
SkillsRequired Skills :
Post-secondary education with over 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of rules and regulations of UAE real estate industry is a must
Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication in English
High attention to detail, good time management and multitasking skills
