Office Adnistrator/Operations



Our company is looking for an organised and self-motivated Office Administrator cum Operations who will be responsible for managing the office Admistration/Operations activities. The Office Admin/Operations role will include working closely with the Sales & Finance team.

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in Customer service.

Responsibilities:



Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.

Carrying our clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing presentations and documents, memos, and correspondence.

Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, liase with customers

Purchasing of office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

Preparing service schedules, tracking of service performed, procuring parts

Preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists.Proforma invoices and system update.

Maintaining service files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the service operations. Managing technicians and their requirements. Coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, clients . Performing other relevant duties.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineers in Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile can apply or related field in the UAE

3 - 5 or more years office Aministration/ Operations experience

Comfortable handling confidential information

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and Problem Solving skills, etc.

Those having experience in Service Industry only need apply.

Having experience in the service Industry and handling Annual Maintenance contracts will have an advantage.

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications and in Online systems

Experience in telesales will be an added advantage.

Salary : Aed 2500 - 3500 (depending on the experience) UAE driving licence and Gulf experience is a must Only immediate joiners need apply, Candidates with their own visa / NOC preferred
Experience in Telesales will be an advantage

Gender: Male

Nationality: Asian Workman Compensation insurance will be provided by the company

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
