Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator is responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting staff, maintaining office supplies, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Office Management:
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
• Communication:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Facilitate communication between departments and staff.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Assist with data entry and reporting tasks.
• Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements.
