We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This position is open exclusively to female candidates who hold a Family or Spouse visa, as part of our commitment to providing opportunities for individuals in the community. The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate office logistics such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging catering for events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail and distributing packages.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as coordinating employee orientations, maintaining personnel records, and processing paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and company records.
  • Support the office manager and other team members in day-to-day operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Female candidate on a Family or Spouse visa.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
