Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a graduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within UAE. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks effectively and support our operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• . Office Management :
• Oversee daily office operations.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Communication :
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings and take minutes.
• Scheduling and Coordination :
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Travel and booking
• Record Keeping :
• Maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Financial Administration :
• Petty cash handling
• Human Resources Support :
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and assist with payroll administration.
• Onboarding processing
• Compliance and Policies :
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of new policies or systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the UAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
