Job Description

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

• Oversee the inventory and procurement of office supplies; ensure stock levels are maintained, and place orders as required.
• Prepare detailed reports on office expenses and budget status; analyse financial data to assist in budget planning.
• Address and resolve queries from employees and clients promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the functionality of office equipment; manage maintenance requests and procure new equipment as needed.

Camp Management:

• Ensure the smooth operation of camp facilities, including daily management and problem resolution.
• Manage room and bed allocations; maintain accurate records and ensure efficient utilization of space.
• Oversee building maintenance, ensuring facilities are well-kept and functional.

Fleet Management:

• Coordinate and schedule driver shifts; manage driver allocations and ensure coverage.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, track fuel expenses, and oversee driver overtime and parking arrangements.

Business Travel Coordination:

• Arrange and book meeting rooms for business needs; ensure all arrangements meet organizational requirements.
• Coordinate business travel logistics, including air tickets, accommodations, and visa arrangements.

Security Oversight:

• Distribute and manage security duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
• Supervise daily security operations and address any issues that arise.

Event Organization:

• Plan and execute both in-house and external events, coordinating all logistical aspects to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Any Graduate with proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of office procedures.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Hindi Language speaker required.
• Male Candidate preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
