We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - UAE National to join our team at JAWAHER Tissues . The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support office operations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including correspondence and documentation.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and communication with clients and suppliers.
• Maintain and organize office records, files, and supplies.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Ensure the office environment is neat, professional, and welcoming.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic, both orally and in writing scripts.
