Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin to join our client\'s team, a Trading Company. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in various administrative functions.
Responsibilities::
Manage and prioritize incoming calls and emails
Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist in processing invoices and expense reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Collaborate with internal teams to support overall company goals
Manage all admin details of the office
Requirements:
Prior experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
Proficient with office software, including MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus
Experience in the trading industry is preferred
Benefits: The salary is 5000 AED plus 1500 AED for allowances.
