Job Description

:

As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You will provide support to various departments and help maintain an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: .

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Assest the Finance & Accounting Departments with invoices.
• Monitor Work Orders & coordinate with the site team
• Perform other administrative tasks as require

Requirements:

• Teaching Background experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Office Administrator, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
