Job Description

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the office. This role includes managing administrative tasks, supporting office staff, and ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and staff including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Office Management: Oversee the office environment including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports. Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document storage and retrieval.
• Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing. Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.
• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and company functions.
• HR Support: Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing time-off requests, and maintaining employee records.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Enter data into databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or office management preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
