Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative Specialist. This role combines administrative responsibilities and designing capabilities.

Requirement:

Must have their own Visa.

Responsibilities

Office Admin:

Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Support:

Assist in the preparation of documents.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain and update company databases.

Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Handle email correspondence and communication.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Accurately input data into relevant databases and systems.

Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.

Task Coordination:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.

Assist in the coordination of projects and events.

Technology Proficiency:

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

Design:

Create visually appealing graphics, images, and layouts for social media platforms.

Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and other printed materials.

Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across various channels.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the organization's online presence.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree
• Administrative Skills: Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Design Proficiency: Proficient in design tools
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take initiative when required.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various office software and applications.
