We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Office Admin cum Document Control

to join our team. This dual-role position requires excellent document management skills, along with administrative support experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are properly filed, tracked, and easily accessible, while also performing a range of administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Key Responsibilities



Document Control

:

Maintain and organize document libraries within SharePoint to ensure easy access, version control, and efficient document retrieval. Maintain an organized system for managing documents, both physical and digital. Ensure that all documents are properly labelled, filed, and indexed. Monitor the flow of documents within the organization and ensure timely Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards for document management. Track document revisions and maintain version control.

Administrative Support

:

Provide general administrative support, answering phone calls, and preparing correspondence. Maintain office supplies and order items as needed. Handle day-to-day office management tasks to ensure smooth operations. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Other Duties

:

Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures. Provide support in HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Document Controller or in an administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with document management software or systems is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience in an office or administrative role in Construction Industry.
