Job Summary: Looking for an Office Admin Assistant/Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome clients according to the set protocols
  • Respond to incoming calls and handle clients\' inquiries
  • Plan appointments
  • Make sure utility office bills as well as purchases are paid on time
  • Oversee cleaner to ensure all areas are cleaned well
  • Manage external communications
  • Manage maintenance of the office
  • Handle HR function for all the staff
  • Perform similar duties they may arise
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Front Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study
  • At least two to three years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Good knowledge of computer with relevant software applications
  • Should be a good communicator with a positive attitude
  • Ladies are preferred
  • Must have good knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Must have human resource management knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ideal candidates must be aged below 27 years
