Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Assets the Finance & Accounting Departments with invoices.
• Monitor Work Orders & coordinate with the site team
• Perform other administrative tasks as require

Requirements:

• 1year experience as an Admin Officer, Office Administrator, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
