We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling properties that are under construction or in the planning stages. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through the process of investing in off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and financial goals to provide tailored solutions.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote off-plan properties through various channels, including digital marketing, property expos, and direct client engagement.
• Present project details, including brochures, floor plans, and virtual tours.
• Explain unique selling points such as payment plans, customization options, and expected returns on investment.
• Market Expertise:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, emerging developments, and competitor offerings.
• Provide clients with insights on high-potential areas and upcoming projects.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable deals for clients.
• Facilitate the sales process, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Assist clients in understanding and completing all necessary paperwork and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
• Client Support:
• Provide regular updates on project progress, including construction timelines and delivery dates.
• Address and resolve any concerns related to the property or sales process.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate markets, property laws, and investment strategies.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field (preferred).
