Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on off-plan properties. This role involves working closely with clients, developers, and investors to facilitate successful transactions and provide exceptional service.

Key Essentials :

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the off-plan sector.

- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding off-plan properties, including project details, payment plans, and potential returns on investment.

- Sales & Negotiation: Actively market and sell off-plan properties, utilizing effective negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients to foster a reliable network and enhance business opportunities.

- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions are compliant with local regulations and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.

- Property Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for off-plan projects, including digital campaigns and promotional events.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a strong focus on off-plan sales.

- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
