Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Off Plan Specialist for our Business Bay Office. The Off Plan Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. They will also assist with off-plan and investment sales services. Day-to-day tasks may include communicating with clients and stakeholders, conducting property valuations and viewings, preparing and presenting property reports, analyzing real estate market trends, and negotiating contract terms.
Qualifications
• Consulting and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Real Estate knowledge and experience
• Ability to analyze market trends and data accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English (oral and written). Multilingual skills are a plus
• 1-2 years' of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
