Off-Plan Property Consultant

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in

off-plan property sales

, deep knowledge of the

Dubai real estate market

, and excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales:

Identify and engage potential buyers for off-plan properties.

Market Research:

Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Transaction Management:

Manage the entire sales process from initial client meetings to deal closure.

Negotiation & Closing:

Work closely with clients and developers to secure the best deals.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all transactions follow UAE real estate laws and company policies.

Networking & Lead Generation:

Build and maintain relationships with investors, property developers, and clients.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Record:

Strong track record in real estate sales, with experience handling high-value transactions.

Real Estate Experience:

Minimum

3 years of Dubai real estate experience

, specializing in off-plan properties.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Russian is an advantage.

Industry Certifications:

RERA certification is a plus.

Sales & Negotiation Expertise:

Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

Ability to work independently and exceed performance goals.

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills:

Confident in working with high-net-worth clients and investors.
