Silver Dunes Real Estate is a reputable real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in delivering premium off-plan properties and exceptional investment opportunities to our clients. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our professional team and grow with us in the thriving Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote a wide range of off-plan properties from top developers in Dubai.
• Provide expert advice to clients on available off-plan projects and investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and networking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to attract new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, preferably in off-plan sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan projects and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) is a plus.
• UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
