Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Odour Control Design Specialist** to join our team!

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Develop solutions to manage and mitigate odours.

+ Analyze the chemical composition and dispersion patterns of Odours.

+ Develop Oduor control systems and technologies tailored to specific environments.

+ Design systems such as biofilters, scrubbers, carbon adsorption units, and thermal oxidizers.

+ Ensure that designs and systems comply with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University with Professional Qualifications from a recognized International Institution and with a professional career development record all as approved by the Engineer.

+ Minimum of 15 years post-graduate and demonstrable overall experience, out of which minimum 5 years as a Manager/Technical lead in a design management capacity of similar works.

+ Must have experience in managing, reviewing and approving of design documents and drawings associated with odor control facilities, odor systems and other associated systems like air extraction/renewal systems.

+ In-depth knowledge of Odour control technologies and systems. understanding of chemical processes and environmental engineering principles.

+ Ability to analyze data related to odour dispersion and chemical composition. proficiency in using analytical tools and software.

+ Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to air quality and odour control. ability to ensure compliance with these regulations.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Must have excellent communication skills and experience of large scale project delivery and design team management.

+ Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

+ Ability to use design software is compulsory must be computer literate.
