Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement technical solutions for integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze and understand client needs.
• Optimize existing Odoo applications for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Odoo ERP systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in line with project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python programming and understanding of the Odoo framework.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Odoo development tools, such as Odoo Studio and the ORM API.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP systems.
• Ability to work on both backend and frontend aspects of Odoo development.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrating third-party applications using APIs.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, Python.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Certification in Odoo Development or related fields.
