Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description

Analyze business' needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo. And work as a business consultant & guide to customers.

· Establish trusted relationships with business teams and interface with stakeholders across the business to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise

· Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.

· Follow up with developers and test modules/functions developed.

· Accompany business in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live.

· Coach business on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual/group sessions.

· Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on-site or online.

· Experience in research & advisory for new modules, apps, verticals in Odoo to cover specific requirements.

· Understand and document business processes, both in written and visual form (process flows)

· Analyze, compile, and document requirements for new or modified software application functionality

· Create Use Cases and review development and production software for correct functionality

· High-level project management including updating and tracking key reporting documentation such as project plans and tasks lists

· Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.

· Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.

· Finding technological solutions to business requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.

· Good knowledge of business processes, accounting and human resources.

· Previous experience in Odoo

· Functional experience and knowledge in Odoo

· IT Systems Implementation experience.

· Experience in complex Odoo troubleshooting.

· Strong communication skills (English verbal and written), including the ability to work with people from all departments in a company who have varying degrees of computer / technology knowledge.

· Excellent analytical, planning, mapping, and organization skills, combined with client interaction, and being able to make in-the-moment decisions based on new information.

· Quick and autonomous learner.

· Excellent communication skills.
