Alchemist Accounting & Consulting is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo implementation with a strong focus on functional expertise rather than coding skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently handle Odoo projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) by gathering and documenting client's business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of Odoo functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide functional specifications and assist in the configuration and customization of Odoo modules as per client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented Odoo modules.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation with a strong functional background.
• Proficiency in preparing BRD documents and conducting user training sessions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Certification in Odoo functional modules is a plus.
