Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Odoo ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain Odoo applications that streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo framework customization, module development, and API integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements. Design and implement new modules, features, and workflows. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo applications. Proficiently manage and maintain Odoo databases. Perform system upgrades, migrations, and data transformations. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide technical solutions. Ensure system security, performance, and scalability. Optimize code, queries, and database structure to ensure the scalability and efficiency of Odoo solutions. Document code and processes while providing comprehensive training to end users on Odoo functionalities. Document technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with Odoo framework (Odoo 14, 15, 16, or latest versions). Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb. Knowledge of Odoo ORM, models, views, and controllers. Experience with APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with Odoo.sh and cloud deployment. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience with Odoo multi-company and multi-currency setups. Proficiency in Python programming language. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Development knowledge in Odoo Framework (Both Community and Enterprise), PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
