experienced Senior Odoo Developer

to lead the development, customization, and optimization of our Odoo ERP system. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for improving business processes through technology, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Customize:

Design, develop, and implement tailored Odoo solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Business Analysis:

Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo-based solutions.

Module Development:

Build and customize Odoo modules, workflows, and applications to meet the company's unique needs.

System Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other software systems, including third-party APIs and external databases.

Performance Optimization:

Enhance system performance, security, and user experience for maximum productivity.

Technical Support:

Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and ongoing maintenance for Odoo-related issues.

Documentation & Best Practices:

Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on Odoo trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.

Strong proficiency in

Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL

, and Odoo-specific frameworks. In-depth knowledge of

Odoo architecture, modules, workflows, and database management.

Experience in developing custom

modules, integrations, and API connections.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Odoo-related technical issues. Experience in

project management and leading development teams

is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
