Royal Smart Limousine, a leading luxury transportation company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ODOO Developer to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized ODOO solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable ODOO-based solutions.
- Develop and customize ODOO modules, applications, and features to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Integrate ODOO with other systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Optimize ODOO performance, security, and user experience to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ODOO-related issues.
- Document development processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ODOO trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ODOO development and customization.
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and other ODOO-specific programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ODOO architecture, modules, and database management.
- Expertise in developing custom modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug ODOO-related issues.
- Experience in project management and leading development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
