Job Context:Doodle Inc. is a premier provider of custom solution development and digital product services, specializing in web development, mobile app development, AWS cloud infrastructure development, and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, ML, BL, and blockchain services. As we continue to expand our client base and seek new business opportunities, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our outsourcing initiatives and drive sales growth through various platforms and direct outreach efforts.Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic outsourcing plans to leverage external resources and expand our service offerings.
• Generate leads through B2B and B2C platforms, employing effective marketing strategies and networking tactics to attract potential clients.
• Write compelling bids and proposals on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project scope.
• Manage Doodle Inc.\'s agency presence on Upwork and Freelancer.com, including profile optimization, proposal submission, and client communication.
• Conduct direct outreach to target clients via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels to promote Doodle Inc.\'s services and secure new business opportunities.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-sales activities, including providing solution outlines, demonstrating solutions to clients, preparing demos as needed, and providing quotations.
• Prepare software development technical documentation, including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS), in collaboration with project managers and developers.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials to enhance Doodle Inc.\'s brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Technical Experience:
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within a similar technology stack and service-providing organization.
• Proven expertise in developing digital product and development documents such as Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Business Development Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Marketing profession.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Platform Knowledge:
• Clear understanding and expertise in utilizing freelancing, B2B, and B2C platforms for lead generation and business development activities.
• Strategy Development:
• Proficiency in developing and implementing business, sales, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and business proposals effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Tech Stack Proficiency:
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the technology stack offered by Doodle Inc., including web development, mobile app development, AWS cloud infrastructure, and advanced technologies such as AI, ML, BL, and blockchain.
• Sales and Marketing Acumen:
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and devise effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Relationship Management:
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Education:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a focus on outsourcing and freelancing platforms.
• Proven ability to generate leads, write effective bids, and manage agency presence on freelancing platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical documentation practices.
