We are recruiting for an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST for our client who operates a large chain of Multi specialty medical and rehabilitation clinics in Dubai.Innovations Group UAE (Medical & Healthcare) are a market leading Staffing Services provider dedicated to sourcing niche skilled and high caliber talent such as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Dentists and Allied Health Professionals to the Medical and Healthcare sector for over 30 yrs in the UAE. Supporting the UAE and broader gulf region.ROLE: Occupational Therapist.LOCATION: Dubai, UAE.HOURS: Flexible days and timings, up to 40 hrs per week across 5 days, with some weekend cover where required.SALARY & BENEFITS: Fixed AED 20,000 for 3 months then reverts to 50/50 Revenue Share % with monthly OTE of 25,000 to 30,000 + standard UAE benefits, 24 days paid holiday, Residence Visa, Private Medical Insurance, Malpractice Insurance.SUMMARY: To treat injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. Helping patients develop, recover, improve, as well as maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in UAE.Must already be located resident and working in the UAE.Must be hold relevant Bachelors Degree.Must have DHA license or Eligibility or CDA.Able to treat a varied range of patients and conditions, from paediatrics to old age and in various settings, clinic, hospital and schools.Must have excellent English language communications skills + Knowledge of Arabic an advantage.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Undertaking patient assessments of physical, communication, interaction and cognitive skillsPlanning and providing appropriate treatment and activitiesGiving advice and arranging support for family members, carers and clientsUndertaking general administrative tasks, for example writing reports, making telephone calls, maintaining records and case notesLiaising with doctors, family members, carers and other professionals and keeping them updatedPlanning further treatment and reviewing progressAssessing treatment success at multi-professional case conferences/meetingsAdvising on how they can approach everyday tasks differentlyHelp patients adapt to different environments, whether at home or at workSee www.innovationUAE.com for more info...Due to the number of applicants we receive, if you have not heard from us within 10 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
