Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve clients ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Provide individualized therapy sessions and group activities to enhance clients motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and home modifications to promote independence and safety in daily living activities. Job Requirements: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapist. Clinical experience in occupational therapy settings, preferably with diverse patient populations and age groups. Strong assessment and evaluation skills. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and adaptive equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
