Job Description

A leading Medical Center in Abu Dhabi caters to pediatric and adolescent population, is currently looking for experienced Occupational Therapist.The RoleAs an Occupational Therapist, youll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of pediatric patients with various needs.Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine childrens physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. Identify therapy goals based on individual needs.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based occupational therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to create holistic treatment plans.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate progress, adjust interventions, and celebrate achievements.
  • Specialty Support: Address specific pediatric conditions (e.g., autism, cerebral palsy) and mental health issues (anxiety, depression).
  • Education: Educate families on home exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for daily living.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 2 year experience including solid experience in a similar role
  • DOH License
  • You have working knowledge of occupational therapy
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
