To deliver high-quality clinical care, ensuring evaluations are based on current evidence.
Initially assess the patients condition and identify a complete physical assessment.
Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including first aid and emergency care.
Investigate workplace incidents & accidents to identify causes and recommend preventive measures.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and safety officers.
Provide recommendations for workplace modifications to enhance employee health and safety.
Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external health agencies.
To conduct clinical research and investigations.
Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate and confidential health records and reports.
Always maintains patient confidentiality.
Manage and track work-related injuries and illnesses, including follow-up care.
Conduct pre-employment and periodic health screenings.
Monitor and evaluate employee health trends and risks.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the workplace environment.
Provide guidance on occupational health and safety practices.
Collaborate with management to create and enforce health policies.
Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
To work with members of the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure optimal outcomes for the patient.
Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
Adheres to dress code; appearance is professional, neat and clean.
Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.
Responsible to maintain up to date clinical knowledge and self-directed ongoing education.

Valid UAE Registered Nurse (RN) license or Eligibility Letter
Strong knowledge of medical procedures and patient care best practices

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Preferences
Holds DOH/HAAD License
