: The Occupation Health (OH) Advisor is a key role within the Client HSE Division, reporting directly to the Corporate HSE Systems Manager and providing (OH) advice, guidance and support to the Client organisation.The position has a key role in the development and maintenance of fit for purpose Occupational Health Management systems for Corporate, Project and future Operate phases of the Client\'s Program. The scope of the OH Advisor role includes providing OH management oversight on all activities carried out by or on behalf of the Company, at assets under the direct or indirect control of Company. This includes in-country (UAE) and overseas Project locations at both Company and Contractor facilities. The scope of Occupational Health within the COMPANY includes Industrial Hygiene. Actively support the development of a strong HSE culture, shared by our contractors. Provide technical input to the delivery of the Client (Company) OH Management Systems to support establishment of the new ADNOC Operating Company. Ensure that all Company OH documentation is developed and maintained in compliance with ADNOC Codes of Practice and all applicable UAE laws. Ensure fit for purpose OH Standards, Plans, Procedures and Guidelines are developed and maintained for all phases of the Project. Provide strategic, technical and tactical OH support and advice to senior and line management. Provide technical support to the Human Resources department in the development, implementation and assurance of OH learning, development and competence processes. Review Contractor OH documentation to ensure it complies with Company requirements, contractual agreements & ADNOC Codes of Practice. Monitoring drilling & construction activities and ensuring fit for purpose OH systems are implemented and properly maintained. Supporting the development and implementation of an OH Learning & Development Process. Coach and mentor junior OH staff to support functional excellence and Emiratization. Ensure fit for purpose inspection and preventative maintenance programs are in place and maintained for OH equipment. Keep abreast of industry best practice pertaining to OH management. Ensure leading and trailing OH performance measures are developed, compiled, maintained and reported. Develop and implement an OH audit program and train/coach OH teams in executing this program. Implement personal development and performance management processes for all direct reports in accordance with Company HR policies and procedures. Provide OH input to the annual HSE Management Reviews.
