Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Power Engineering (MBA/M.Tech is a plus).
8-12 years of experience in the solar/renewable energy sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in solar PV technology, performance monitoring, and grid integration.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE Driving License and relevant certifications (DEWA Solar Engineer Certificate, DM Engineer Certificate, etc.).
