Sales & Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services.
Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Operations Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of freight operations.
Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and service options to clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain and update sales reports, client activity logs, and revenue projections.
Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding sales within the UAE.
Strong understanding of the UAE logistics market, customs regulations, and industry standards.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
