Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sports Nutrition Sales Promoter. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of sports nutrition products in retail settings. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for fitness and nutrition, and a strong ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell sports nutrition products to customers in retail environments.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and how they can support their fitness goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management to maximize sales opportunities and secure prime product placement.
• Execute promotional events and product demonstrations to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Collect and report feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports nutrition or related industry.
• Passion for fitness, health, and nutrition with a good understanding of sports nutrition products and supplements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or nutrition are a plus.
