Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our team at Penguins Nursery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children aged 45 days to Kg1, helping them develop essential skills for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and inquiry-based learning.

Support each child's emotional, social, and cognitive development through creative and interactive teaching methods.

Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring personalized learning experiences.

Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's development.

Create a fun, welcoming, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and positive behaviour.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and child protection in line with nursery policies.

Candidate Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 certification (CACHE Level 2 may be considered).

A minimum of one year's experience in a nursery or early years setting.

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.

A passion for early childhood education, with a creative and innovative approach to teaching.

Candidates under sponsor/spouse visa are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
