With a solid presence across the UK and the UAE, they are dedicated to providing a nurturing early childhood education experience inspired by the Montessori philosophy.We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional development. The KG teacher will report directly to the Principal of Kindergarten and play a key role in laying the foundation for a positive educational experience.\xef\xbb\xbfLanguage- Native English\xef\xbb\xbfExperience-\xef\xbb\xbfNot mandatory to have local experienceLocation: Al Ghadeer Village, Abu Dhabi (Conveniently situated 30 minutes away from Dubai) -Notice Period-Immediate\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring a balance between educational, creative, and play activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and cooperation. Manage student behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and supportive environment.
- Recognize and address the diverse needs of students, providing differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other kindergarten teachers, educational support staff, and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Stay informed about current educational practices, attend professional development opportunities, and actively seek ways to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, following established procedures and protocols. Foster a caring and secure classroom environment.
