Job Description

We are hiring for a Nursery Manger

Location - Dubai

Salary - upto AED 20,000/-

Preferred candidate must be a native Arabic speaker who is willing to manage EYFS curriculum.

Job Duties:

Running of the nursery independently

Filling up the school to maximum capacity

Handling the staff on daily basis

Should be able to teach the curriculum and train the rest of the staff

Taking care of marketing with individual companies.

Monitoring && promoting the nursery through Social Media.

Computer Savvy, should be able to handle PowerPoint, windows, Microsoft word, excel, accounting etc.

Updating accounts to the head office on weekly basis.

Handling the events within the nursery such as mothers/baby programs, coffee mornings/evenings, family day, Christmas week etc.

Interacting with parents whenever required.

Tying up with corporate companies whenever required.

Tying up with schools for affiliations.

Producing Monthly reports with P&L account.

She will work closely with the director & owner of the nursery to make sure that the service offered meets MOSA & High scope Standards and Guideline

Requirements

Strong English, Arabic written and spoken communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

The ability to meet deadlines and targets

An understanding of child protection issues and confidentiality

Leadership skills and the ability to support, develop and motivate staff

The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way

Business and budgeting skills

An understanding of equal opportunities

Knowledge of how children learn and develop

A commitment to keeping up to date with developments in early years care and education

The ability to build good working relationships with relevant agencies, schools and childcare professionals
