Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations and activities of our dynamic nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, along with maintaining a nurturing and safe environment. As the Nursery Manager, you will lead a team of passionate and qualified educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment for our little learners.

Implement educational programs that facilitate and support children's holistic development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Supervise and evaluate nursery staff members, providing guidance, support, and mentoring when needed.

Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.

Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare, implementing necessary improvements.

Organize and participate in nursery events, regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance appraisals.

Support marketing efforts by actively promoting the nursery's programs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven present experience (minimum 3 years) as a Nursery Manager or a similar managerial role within a childcare setting.

In-depth knowledge of early childhood education methods, practices, and regulations.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of childcare professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with UAE licensing and regulatory requirements for nurseries.
