Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager ( Native English Speakers ) to join our client\'s team. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery\'s operations, including managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring high-quality care for all children.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of early childhood educators and support staff- Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly- Monitor and manage the nursery\'s budget, ensuring financial sustainability- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the nursery\'s programQualifications:- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an early childcare setting- Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young childrenContract Details:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.Location:The nursery is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
