Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery female Principal with experience in GCC. The principal's primary responsibilities will be increasing current student numbers, supervising education staff, managing budgets, and overseeing day-to-day preschool operations. The candidate must have a degree in Education with three years of experience or a minimum of an Early Years Diploma with five years of experience. Responsibilities: . Increasing the student numbers. . Manage the budget and resources of the nursery. . Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff members. . Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements of Ministry of Education in Bahrain. . Maintain open communication with parents and families. . Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students. . Coordinate special events and activities for students and families. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. . Minimum of 3 years of experience working in early childhood education. . Previous experience in a leadership or principal role in GCC. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education. . Having Ministry of Education approval in Bahrain as a principal. . First Aid certification. Please send your resume/CV
