Key Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
Managing a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
Observing children and taking notes of any problematic behaviour
Feeding and changing babies
Communicating with parents and staff members
Ensuring the safety of children
Helping children learn numeracy and language through daily activities

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Any Bachelor Degree or above with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position; OR
a degree in primary education
Evidence of relevant training is advantageous
High level of fluency and confidence in English and/or Arabic (spoken and written)
Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and integrity
Inter-culturally aware with well-developed communication skill
Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, self-starter
Outgoing and enthusiastic
