Role Summary

contribute to the protection of employees' physical and mental health in the workplace, working closely with the the works doctor

Key Responsibilities

- Carrying out pre-recruitment and periodic medical check-ups - To ensure systematic checks and care - Monitor the plant's general health and safety in direct collaboration with the HSE coordinator - Control medical certificates - Preparation of reports relating to the management of the medical service - Monitor health and safety at work in collaboration with the company doctor - Educate and guide employees in matters that directly or indirectly affect their safety, health and hygiene - Follow-up on AT files - Participation in the ISO standards project - Raising awareness of risks - The organisation of vaccination - Filing and archiving medical records - Managing medical waste

Key Qualifications/Requirements

- baccalaureate and polyvalent or auxiliary nurse diploma - 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry - Good French and English - Work ethic oriented
