Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nurses Supervisor/ Quality Officer to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality performers & dedication.

Requirements:

Prepare staff schedule. Attend to all queries of the staff and patients. Coordinate with the hospital for new patient allocation. Check Staff Ratio. monitor Staff Vacation . patient visits on monthly basis. Prepare monthly KPI. minutes of meeting. Update Policies. Prepare incident reports. ensure medical records are up to date. Attend Tasnif Jawda Audits. Arrange drivers & PT schedules. Any other business required to ensure safe continuity of patient care.
